The key to a good brew is to properly steep the tea leaves in hot water with the lid on to bring out the flavor.
1. Place one tea bag in pre-warmed cup.
2. Pour in about 150ml of boiling water, cover with a saucer, and let steep for 2 minutes.
3. After steeping, gently shake the tea bag and remove from the cup before drinking.
※Adjust steeping time for desires strength.
※For iced tea, infuse with half the amount of water and pour it all at once into a glass with plenty of ice.
