Suggestion Brewing Method:
1. Take 3g-5g of lemon grass out and drop into the pre-warmed teapot.
2. Pour about 500cc. of boiling water, cover with saucer, and let steep for 1-3 minutes.
3. Remove lemon grass from teapot before drink.
If brewing too long, the tea will be get into astringently. The removed lemon grass can re-brewed at lest twice.
※By the way, poured boiling water first, lemon grass will get into steep resistant and grass color changed become slowly than common way.
