In order to create the ultimate taste and texture for each product, Morinaga begins with meticulous research of the condition and from the careful selection of ingredients to ingredient combination, kneading of the dough, cutting and shaping of the dough, baking time and temperature and packaging.
The dough for the Moonlight Cookie is gently kneaded so as not to damage the dough and oven firing conditions are set very carefully.
This produces cookies with a rich egg flavor and a wonderfully fine melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Butter cookie!
These are butter cookies, like what you would find in a tin around Christmas time. They’re slightly less sweet than those, but same flavor profile and they melt in your mouth. Two cookies per individually wrapped pouch for only 43 calories. Great to throw in your purse for an emergency snack.
